The Coordinator of Student Involvement advances the mission and vision of the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) by managing the operations, programs, and advising structures of the Student Union (Campus Programming Board) and student-led events.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least two years of experience in student activities, campus programming, or student affairs.
- Demonstrated experience leading student organizations or programming boards and managing large-scale campus events.
- Demonstrated experience with event planning and operational logistics.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a student-centered approach with the ability to collaborate across a diverse university community.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret and apply university policies related to risk management, fiscal accountability, and programming.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event/project management tools.
