AVP, Salesforce Development Manager

The AVP, Salesforce Development Manager is a senior technology leader responsible for the evolution, reliability, and delivery of the Salesforce platform across multiple teams and domains. This role shares ownership of quarterly OKRs, roadmap planning, and cross-team execution—driving scalable architecture, strong engineering governance, and measurable outcomes that connect to customer value and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including significant hands-on Salesforce development.
• 5+ years leading Salesforce/CRM engineering teams (people leadership and/or leading multiple teams).
• Demonstrated experience operating Salesforce at scale, ideally including multi-org support, mature release/change management, and enterprise integrations (especially MuleSoft).
