Production Supervisor

Join Walker as a hands-on, safety-focused Production Supervisor to lead daily operations at our Essex Quarry. Oversee daily production schedules, manage machine inspections, and promote safety and environmental standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma (minimum); college diploma or university degree preferred
• 2+ years in plant operations and/or supervisory roles, preferably in the aggregates, construction or heavy industrial sector
• Valid Ontario Class G Driver's Licence
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of environmental, health & safety legislation
• Detail-oriented with excellent recordkeeping and reporting skills
• Proficient with computer systems to track production and generate reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
