Job Description
The Assistant Manager will support the management of Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux, focusing on front-of-house operations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and sales/marketing skills within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The Assistant Manager will ensure high standards of food preparation, guest hospitality, and employee development.
Requirements
- 2 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Solid track record of success in previous assignments.
