Line/Prep Cook

Walk-On's Sports Bistreaux is seeking experienced cooks for a part-time, in-office role. Requirements

• Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Cooking and arranging food.
• Maintaining a sanitized and well-organized kitchen.
• Cooking food using various techniques.
• Arranging food and ensuring an appealing presentation.
• Managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment
• Ability to stand for 10+ hours
• Ability to work at a fast pace for at least 6 hours consecutively
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop and wipe
• Ability to adhere to uniform guidelines
• Reliable transportation
