Customer Success Manager

WalkMe, an SAP company, is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help drive digital adoption and customer success for a portfolio of Fortune 1000 customers. The role involves providing internal feedback to maximize customer value and retention, scheduling Success Business Reviews, and guiding customers to success through the WalkMe platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer facing experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, project management, pre-sales or post-sale services
• Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota
• High competency in sales discovery methodologies and an ability to run Return on Investment discussions
