WalkMe is seeking a French-speaking Senior Customer Success Manager to work with Fortune 1000 customers, help them achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform, and drive customer adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or post-sales relationship management
- Experience managing a quarterly retention and growth quota
- Fluent in both English and French is a must
