Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to lead the architecture and implementation of new web features, optimize codebases, and ensure high quality and performance. This role involves technical decision-making, team support, and promoting a scalable codebase in an agile environment, collaborating with design, product, and backend teams.
Requirements
- Experience in the architecture, scaling, and quality assurance of web applications and websites.
- Excellent proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, NodeJS, and reactive programming with RxJS.
- Over 10 years of experience in web development, familiarity with REST APIs, and setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
- Strong interest in new technologies and best practices.
