Director of Finance

Walters Group is a family-owned steel construction company seeking a Director of Finance to support the VP of Finance and provide financial guidance to the Leadership Group. The successful candidate will have a university degree in accounting, business administration, or related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience with full accounting cycle responsibility. The role involves project accounting, budget development, corporate tax knowledge, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• University degree in accounting, business administration, or related field
• CPA, CA (or equivalent) designation
• A minimum of 8 years of experience with full accounting cycle responsibility
• Consolidation of financial reporting
• Project Accounting experience in the Construction Industry
• Budget development and maintenance
• Corporate tax knowledge and compliance
