AMP Food Trailer Worker

The Food Trailer Worker is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food in a fast-paced food trailer operation while assisting with food preparation for suite catering. Requirements

• Represent Walton Arts Center / Walmart AMP at both on and off-site events
• Maintain professional working relationships with teammates, fellow staff members from other departments, vendors, patrons, and tenants of leased spaces
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain security and safety requirements as defined by operations guidelines
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards for both the food trailer and suite catering
• Assist in assembling and packaging food orders for suite guests, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Monitor stock levels and restock ingredients and supplies as needed
• Operate food trailer equipment, including grills, fryers, and warming stations
• Provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring a positive guest experience
• Take and process orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Address guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Assist with special requests and dietary accommodation when possible
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of the food trailer before and after each event
• Support suite catering by preparing and organizing food for delivery
• Keep the trailer and prep areas clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service
• Follow all closing procedures, including equipment cleaning and waste disposal
• Assist in loading and unloading supplies for events
