Job Description
As a Transmission Compression Engineer at Warner Bros. Discovery, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting transmission systems, including network restoral, problem diagnoses, and quality control. You will also participate in 24/7 shift coverage and interface with engineering groups and end users.
Requirements
- 5 to 8-year Compression Engineering Experience or Equivalent
- 4- Year Technical Degree or 2-year technical degree with equivalent experience.
- Understands networking/routing protocols
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Visio
- Mpeg encoding systems
- Cisco, Arris and Harmonic
