Associate Director, Creator Partnerships

Warner Music Group is seeking an Associate Director, Creator Partnerships to lead and execute the creator strategy for global catalog artists. The successful candidate will develop and manage the Creator Partnerships team, sourcing and managing digital creators across campaigns, and establishing the overarching global creator strategy for catalog artists.

Requirements

• Deep and current expertise in global pop culture, emerging trends, and fan behavior
• Demonstrated leadership in strategic problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality, high-impact results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Executive track record in developing and leading creator strategies, partnerships, and complex negotiations across major short-form video platforms
• Expert command of performance analytics, with the ability to define key metrics, leverage deep insights, and implement data-driven strategic pivots
• 6+ years of progressive experience in social media management, creator relations, or digital content production, preferably within the music or entertainment industry
