Requirements

• Provide high-level administrative support
• Assist with data entry into our proprietary applications
• Contribute to shared organizational functions
• Learn to handle clearances and negotiations
• Perform and analyze research on sync rights
• Coordinate and confer with outside parties
• Collaborate with the licensing team
• Liaise with various external business units
• Handle client access to audio/video assets
• Work in tandem with studio services teams
• Participate in meetings and contribute to conversations
• Maintain accurate records, manage data entry, and update internal systems
• Appropriately and discreetly handle and safeguard confidential and proprietary information
