Coordinator, Marketing Enablement

At Warner Music Group, we're a global collective of music makers and music lovers, tech innovators and inspired entrepreneurs, game-changing creatives and passionate team members. We're seeking a Coordinator, Marketing Enablement to serve as the main point of contact for global onboarding requests for marketing and media tools, manage the central Marketing Enablement submission portal, and provide first-level support and troubleshooting for platform-related issues.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a support or operations role with a focus on music, entertainment or creative industries
• Basic knowledge of music tech landscape (ad platforms, data collection, fan communications, etc.) and how they integrate with marketing workflows
• Ability to use AI tools in daily life to work faster and implement automated flows
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to follow up on late payments or missing data with professional persistence
