Coordinator/EA, Creative Sync

Warner Music Group is seeking a Coordinator/EA, Creative Sync to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Executive Vice President of Global Sync's day-to-day calendar, scheduling meetings and calls across the globe, and assisting the Film/TV creative team with administrative duties and daily department needs.

• Possess general computer skills and a working knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Strong organization and communication skills, high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask while adhering to deadlines.
• Enjoys working with a team but also taking ownership of individual projects.
• Creative thinker with a passion for music discovery.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and execute tasks and handle multiple, diverse assignments while producing quality work and being accountable.
