Manager, Creative

Warner Music Group is seeking a Manager, Creative to own the full spectrum of visual and brand expression for a recording artist. The role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic leadership, and hands-on production expertise.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in commissioning and directing photo and video shoots
• Proven experience in creative direction, brand development, or content production
• Exceptional visual storytelling skills and a strong eye for detail
• Experience commissioning shoots and managing creative projects within budgets
• Comfortable generating high volumes of creative ideas in a fast-moving, digital-first environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to work closely with artists and management
• A passion for music, culture, and helping artists define and amplify their unique voice
