Warner Music Group seeks a Manager, Global Digital Accounts to drive success on YouTube. As a key member of the WMG YouTube team, the ideal candidate will turn data into clear business strategies and creative solutions, serving as the team's go-to resource for organizing information and uncovering insights.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in data analytics, preferably in music, entertainment, or digital media
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously
- Proven success in turning data into actionable business strategies
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment
- Experience with Python and/or SQL
- Communication and storytelling skills—able to bridge the gap between data and creative teams
- Diligent, with a strong sense of curiosity and problem-solving instincts
- Proficiency in Google productivity tools (e.g. Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.)
