Summer 2026 WMG Emerging Talent Associate Program (Warner Records)

Our Emerging Talent Associate Program is a paid internship program designed to provide individuals with hands-on experience in the music industry.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age by May 18, 2026
• Located within the United States for the duration of the program
• Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city
• A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity for our business
• Able to commit to a 20-29 hour work week
