Design Engineer

Warp is building self-driving employee management and is looking for a design engineer to help curate the user experience of its next-generation fintech products.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product design and engineering experience
• Strong expertise in product design software (pref. Figma)
• Experience writing CSS
• Startup or digital agency experience as a founder, early engineer, or design roles
• An understanding of fintech product user experience
• Excellent communication skills
• High agency and the ability to figure things out

Benefits

• On Target Earnings (OTE): $140,000–$230,000 plus equity
