3-5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing experience, 1-2 years in payroll, HR systems, or financial services platforms, Proven track record of managing a book of business and driving retention, expansion, and customer satisfaction metrics

Driven individual with experience selling over Zoom, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

1+ year of experience, self-directed learning, and clear communication skills

2+ years of software engineering experience, startup experience, and strong programming skills
