Warp is building self-driving employee management, automating payroll, tax compliance, benefits, IT, and HRIS for companies. We're looking for a Growth Engineer to help us dominate the market and eliminate HR operations overhead for startups.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience
- Startup experience as a founder, early engineer, or growth roles
- An understanding of B2B Marketing and Sales metrics and processes
- Strong expertise in programming
- Excellent communication skills
- High agency and the ability to figure things out
