Warp is building self-driving employee management and hiring a founding SDR team to fuel its growth from $XM to $XXM+ ARR. The company is looking for exceptional humans who can generate qualified meetings through strategic outbound and build repeatable systems that can scale to 10+ SDRs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of excellence in any demanding role (sales, banking, consulting, teaching, etc.)
• Track record of self-directed learning and rapid skill acquisition
• Clear communicator - written, verbal, and over video
• Ability to speak credibly to technical founders
• Thrives in a startup setting: resourceful, adaptable, and self-directed
• High sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processes
