Job Description
Setup and operation of Hydromat rotary transfer machine, monitoring cycle time, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality control.
Requirements
- Setup and operation of Hydromat rotary transfer machine
- Monitoring cycle time to meet WSP standards
- Maintaining cleanliness of equipment, work area, and gage stations
- Reading blue prints for product specifications
- Inspecting finished products to ensure specifications and quality standards
- Positioning and securing tools in tool holders per tooling layout
- Ensuring machine performs to quality control plan & quality check sheets
- Maintaining accurate records of machine activities and production output
- Ensuring safety protocols and procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment
