Requirements

• Experimental and learning mindset
• Ability to challenge the status quo and foster systemic improvement
• Excellent communication-, conflict resolution-, and facilitation skills
• Experience in coaching beyond the team
• Deep understanding of the (LeSS) Scrum Guide and LeSS principles
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-team or large product development environment
• Proficiency in English
