Supplier Development Engineer

We are looking for a Supplier Development Engineer to monitor and analyse supplier performance, support suppliers with operational efficiency, and execute supplier audits. The role requires a strong solution-oriented approach, good knowledge of quality management, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate has 5 years of experience in quality management or SCM, including engineering roles with frequent contact at vendor site. Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in quality management or SCM
• Comprehensive product and process knowledge and experience in forging and machining manufacturing process
• Strong solution-oriented approach and persistence to follow-up activities
• Good knowledge of quality management and tools like APQP, FMEA, Lean Manufactory, 8D and Supplier Audit
• Familiar with ISO 9001/ISO14001/ISO45001
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with analytical techniques commonly used to investigate component defects
• Experience in SAP and reporting tools (PowerBI)
• Value Stream Mapping (VSM) mindset
