Workshop Engineer

Wärtsilä is seeking a Workshop Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overhauling, repairing, modifying and inspecting engine components. They will also investigate and report problems, and work on improving work processes.

Requirements

• Dismantle, find and assemble engines, components and other products from the Wartsila portfolio
• Determine the need for spare parts, tools and devices to complete orders
• Perform preventive maintenance on all workshop machinery
• Maintain measurement tools and workshop tools
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Comply with current laws and regulations
• Comply with environmental regulations and quality specifications
• Cooperate with other departments on site
