Job Description
The HRIS Specialist will manage the Human Resources Information System, Workday, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and user support to enhance HR operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in the Workday system for at least 2 to 4 years
- Strong understanding of Human Resources processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
