Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience
- EPA Certified with 3-5 years related experience a plus
- Skill in planning, delegating, and coordinating the work of others
- Analytical problem solver, developing alternatives and implementing effective strategies
- Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- Experience in repairing and or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems, and pools
- Ability to lead staff and build a team atmosphere
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask
- A creative and motivating personality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Superior customer service skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
