Maintenance Technicians are integral to each community's success, providing technical know-how behind every aspect of our apartment communities.
Requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas.
- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours.
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues.
