Job Description
The Wound Care Registered Nurse Practitioner Nurse consults with physicians, managers, and staff for the care management of wound/ostomy patients and assists with the Organization’s Wound/Ostomy Program implementation.
Requirements
- Current State RN and NP license to practice nursing in California
- Current State Furnishing license to prescribed medication in California
- MSN degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current certification for wound care from the WOCN certifying body
- Documentation of at least three years of experience and expertise in the nursing specialty within the past five years
