The Operations & Facilities Management Department at WashU Medicine seeks a Facilities Technician III (Plumber) to provide expertise in plumbing maintenance, installation, and repair for the university's medical campus.
Requirements
- Works with, installs, and maintains the piping on natural gas systems, lab vacuum systems, compressed lab air systems, R.O. and D.I. systems, and steam and condensate systems.
- Must be knowledgeable of and comply with all applicable plumbing codes.
- Has the ability to read blueprints and has a knowledge of plumbing piping materials, including metal and plastic pipe materials.
