The Help Desk Assistant position is a customer service representative for WashU Libraries, responsible for assisting patrons with research needs and use of library resources. The position requires mature judgment, supervisory skills, and knowledge of the library organization. The incumbent will contribute to routine shelving and stacks maintenance duties and assist with training and supervision of Help Desk student assistants.
