Phlebotomist II (Part-Time) - Obstetrics and Gynecology

Requires expertise in blood drawing procedures in an outpatient laboratory environment. Serves as a liaison between all stakeholders and advocates for the patients’ needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
• Certifications/Professional Licenses: Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, Basic Life Support - American Red Cross
• Work Experience: Laboratory Or Medical Office Setting (2 Years)
• Skills: Anatomy, Blood Specimen Collection, Body Mechanics, Cross-Team Collaboration, Electronic Medical Records (EMR), Equipment Utilization, Insurance Verification, Interactive Communication, Ordering Medical Supplies, Order Management, Patient Care, Phlebotomy, Physiology, Sample Collection, Venipuncture
