We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ukiah, CA. The representative will be responsible for resolving customer issues and promoting goodwill through excellent service.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in English and Spanish
• 2 years of Customer Service experience
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email
• Typing and 10-key skills are required
• Excellent organization and communication skills
