Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Spanish and English to join our team. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for answering customer calls, processing customer orders, and resolving problems or complaints. Requirements
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English
- 1+ years of high volume Customer Service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
