Waste Connections is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Iowa Park, Texas. The representative will work in a fast-paced environment, resolving customer disputes and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- 1 year customer service experience in a call center or other high call volume atmosphere
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email preferred
- Typing and 10-key skills are required
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems
- Bilingual preferred
