Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative needed to join team at Pro Star Waste in Goodrich, TX. Previous waste experience a plus. High energy required to resolve customer issues in fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 2 years of Customer Service experience in a high call volume atmosphere
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Email required
• Typing and 10-key skills are required
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend and communicate in English
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Experience and or ability to collect past due payments
• Knowledge of collections techniques
• Strong data entry skills, knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to take initiative
