Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance and repair
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Working knowledge of DOT compliance requirements
• Ability to plan, budget, and manage multiple projects
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
