Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to champion and enforce our corporate safety program, lead and foster collaboration across the maintenance team, and oversee inventory control and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in truck, light, or heavy equipment maintenance and repair (waste industry experience a plus)
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing air brake, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Working knowledge of DOT compliance requirements
- Ability to plan, budget, and manage multiple projects
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
