Job Description
At Enviro Connexions, we are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to work with our local managers to evaluate and plan hiring needs, build relationships with regional and district teams, and ensure effective communication. The successful candidate will manage the entire recruitment cycle, develop recruitment strategies, and promote our brand and culture.
Requirements
- Fluent in both French and English (oral and written)
- Minimum 4 years of high-volume recruitment experience in a professional environment using a candidate tracking system
- Recruitment experience in the industrial, logistics, or transportation sectors (an asset)
- Experience with a CRM and with Workday or any other ATS
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and take initiative
- Ability to establish relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changes
- Valid class 5 driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel to different districts/regions
