Job Description
We are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment cycle, develop recruitment strategies, and create a talent pool for our company.
Requirements
- Perfectly bilingual French and English (oral and written)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in high-volume recruitment in a professional environment using a candidate tracking system
- Experience in recruitment in the industrial, logistics, or transportation sectors (an asset)
- Experience with a CRM and Workday or any other ATS
- Mastery of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Valid driver's license (Class 5) and access to a vehicle
