Job Description
Hosts are responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive experience for guests at PBR Norfolk.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience with customer service and/or hosting
- Must speak fluent English, other languages preferred
- Must be able to read, review and understand seating charts
- Basic mathematical skills are used frequently
