Job Description
As a Universal Banker I, you will assist customers in a dual role focused on delivering outstanding service with every customer interaction, process transactions, identify and deepen customer relationships, and make referrals to other lines of business.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- 2-4 years customer service experience
- Banker Certification within 6 months of hire/promotion date
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Preferred: Associate’s Degree business or related field
