Job Description
As a Waterton Service (Maintenance) Technician II, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment, complete resident service requests and repairs, and maintain a hazard-free community.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience
- Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems
- EPA-CFC Certification (strongly preferred)
- EPA-LBP certification (required for properties older than 1978)
