The role involves updating and executing preventive maintenance schedules, performing property inspections, and overseeing the make-ready process.
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- EPA-CFC certification
- EPA-LBP Certification for properties older than 1978
