Maintenance Technician I

As a Maintenance Technician I, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards, including making apartments ready for occupancy, completing resident service requests and repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, general labor, or comparable experience
• Experience with apartment maintenance technology and systems, or similar
