Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician II, you will help maintain the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards. You will complete resident service requests and repairs, conduct preventative maintenance, and assist in maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the community.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience
- EPA-CFC Certification is strongly preferred
- EPA-LBP certification required for properties older than 1978
