Maintenance Technician II

Maintenance Technician II responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards.

Requirements

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment
• Ability to solve problems and multi-task
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience
• EPA-CFC Certification (strongly preferred)
• EPA-LBP certification required for properties older than 1978
