Maintenance Technician II responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community and equipment according to company guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems and multi-task
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in building maintenance, skilled trades, or comparable experience
- EPA-CFC Certification (strongly preferred)
- EPA-LBP certification required for properties older than 1978
