Sales Support Specialist

The Showroom Client Support Specialist at Waterworks manages the full lifecycle of client orders, ensuring client's receive product when they need it and providing the luxury service experience expected from our brand. In this role, you will work closely with our showroom sales team and our clients to manage multiple interior design project orders from pre order through shipping.

Requirements

• 2+ years administrative or project management experience.
• Art/Interior design or luxury retail/service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
