Job Description
WATG is hiring a Project Architect for our office in Los Angeles, California. We are looking for a licensed architect with 10+ years of experience designing small to mid-size architectural projects, including urban and resort hotels.
Requirements
- Licensed Architect
- 10+ years of experience designing small to mid-size architectural projects
- Proficiency in technical skills, including AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling software
- Sketching skills required
- Knowledge of architectural building systems, integrated design, trends, construction methodology, QA/QC process, and building codes
- Experienced in client management, project management, and negotiations
- Ability to work in a team environment and supervise others
